I wonder how everyone blog with designs. so I got back on here and still cant figure it out..I dont know why I cant change my email to mfhoman007@gmail.com . Please email me if you know how to do this..I should of stayed learning.
Matt is in Korea teaching and enjoying learning new cultures and really likes being a teacher. I am now at mom's really missing my home. I was finally diagnoised with Petie Mal seizures. I am now on medications. I hope that I can keep blogging. I think it will help me to make slow decesion making on life...with seizures I tend to get more upset. I am trying to learn to accept my disabilities and in the next blogs. I hope that I can make a little bit of clearer story to you of dealing with this illness.

Throat Exercises
Opening up the throat is essential to stop snoring. The throat being blocked in some way always causes snoring. Doing the throat exercises (and actually all the exercises in the program) will make sure you throat is relaxed.
Throat TO Yawn
Sit or Stand, Act like you are about to yawn while inhaling deep gasp. Feel how your throat opens up and relaxes much more than usual, especcially in the back of your mouth. A good way to increase this imagining that you have a big oraonge in your throat.
Jaw Drop
It is about to yawn feeling., but should not be forced. I place my finger at the back of my mouth to see if my teeth are in aligment.
Then drop your bottom jaw and keep it opened about 10 seconds and do it again. This is the best one for me. do this about 8 times.

Chronic fatigue
I have been suffering with this for a long time. No one has really dignoised me with it. I am going through menopause and suffer with fatigue... I am taking Echinaccea drops and I hope it will work. A chinese remedy is something called Reishi and I havent used it yet. Licorice is good but not with high blood pressure, pregant, thyroid, liver, kidney or heart trouble. I dont think this is really that good if you cant take it. I am not pregant but it limits the tastey stuff to a no forever if you ask me..A native Amercian remedy is Lomatium. Looking it up it's not one I'd use. St. John's Wort treats depression and improves appetite and energy levels and calms anxiety. I havent tried any other of those that I have mentioned but I know time is a factor in all of this.
I had a bad flu bug a few weeks ago and went to the ER. I had a fever and aches, cough and pains and sore throat for 2 weeks. I didnt have the swine flu fear but nothing I took would really work to help me. I went and got Echinacea drops and it helped some. I think it really has helped my fatigue. I will continue to take it. I still after 3 weeks had a cough so I started taking claritin again. It has improved my illness. I hope anyone who has the flu symptoms can figure out if its the human flu or swine flu. Maybe finding out is the best and getting extra help from your doctor can be the best thing to do.

The Stop Snoring Exercise Program
3 minute Stop snoring
This is the best exercise I know to relax and exercise the jaw muscles. It is so simple and you can do it anywhere you are.
Simply close your mouth and act like you are chewing gum. Chew like this for a minute or so at a time.
To do the exercise right make sure your molars on both sides move apart, and then touch lightly again. Also notice that your lips are supposed to be closed the whole time.
This exercise is pretty easy on your jaw because you are not actually chewing anything, but you might still feel a little bit sore in the beginning. Just take it easy (maybe chew for only a few seconds in the beginning) and then increase the time you exercise.
You can make a "mmm" sound as you chew. This will open the throat better. Making a "mmm" sound is not necessary but will boast up the exercise.

Charles Frances Homan dies
Dad passed away March 10, 2009 at 1:30pm. His funeral will be at St. Edwards Catholic church on March 17th at 11:00pm. Rosary will be Monday March 16 at 6:00pm at church in Twin Falls, Idaho.

Ganglion cyst/no work yet
I went to the foot doctor and I have a ganglion cyst. For the infection I have been using cut and bruises from the health store. Its elimated the infection but only the cyst is left. The pain is back after the infection went away. I dont know why. I am apply for county asssisstant help so I can get this done. I will have it at St. Lukes for day surgery. I will either have a cast or a foot brace.
Ralph and Holly Homan are here. Holly mom died last Saturday with cancer. the funeral will be March 7. I will take care of day while mom goes with Ralph to the funeral. Carla has to work at the Mandarin House.
Matthew is working three jobs and going to college...He has two classes he will take this summer and then graduate in August. He is lucky to have a job at all. He know that.
Ray is taking a electrician class and loves to cook dinner. I end up doing dishes and dishes. I could use a dishwasher.
No luck with job hunting but had an interview on Monday at SL Start. I would be working with the disabled adults and only part time.
